(We are not a Financial Institution nor do we underwrite loans nor are we an agent of any financial institution) . Also, by using our Mortgage Pre-Approval service you agree to allow us to receive a copy of your Mortgage Pre-Approval/Pre-Qualification Letters in order to assist you in scheduling viewings of properties and making offers.
